Hi. I’m Aaron Miller.
Amplify Coaching and Consulting, LLC is the culmination of my own career helping others find clarity and purpose in their professional lives.
I bring over twenty years of experience leading, coaching, and teaching at various levels and in different capacities: in school, sports, and business.
Over the years, I have learned how to balance big picture thinking with diving into the details. I have deep listening skills, an empathetic default setting, as well as robust training in both co-active and career methods of coaching, which helps me meet my clients where they are and help them imagine the future in which they want to live.
I also know what it is like to both achieve my goals, and what it is like to struggle against various obstacles to achieve them. I can help you battle your inner critic, find your own answers, and forge your own true path ahead.

I have studied at the feet of, and written books about, the worlds’ best sports coaches, two of whom have entered the National Basketball Hall of Fame and have coached their respective National Basketball Teams.
I have undertaken formal training at the Co-active Training Institute (CTI), the birthplace of the modern coaching profession, as well as with Randstad RiseSmart, a preeminent career coaching firm.
I am a Certified Professional Co-active Coach (CPCC) and an ICF (International Coach Federation) Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
I have successfully lead workshops as a team coach and consultant to Fortune 500 companies in the fields of high-performance sales, culture, and leadership development.
I have written three books and as a university professor have helped thousands of students achieve their goals.
I hold honors degrees from the University of California, Los Angeles (BA) and the University of Oxford (MSc, PhD).
