I’m Aaron L. Miller, and Amplify Coaching & Consulting is the culmination of my entire career helping others find clarity and purpose in their professional lives.

I bring twenty-five years of exceptional experience leading, coaching, and teaching in universities, sports, and business. As a bilingual (Japanese and English) certified professional coach and a PhD in socio-cultural anthropology, I have helped leaders become executives, executives become more efficient leaders, and diverse teams realize their best chemistry.
